The P.E.Video Show
As we have such a successful Picture of the Day thread and an equally well supported Jukebox I thought it might be handy to have a place where we can post up videos which may be of interest to members. Obviously there are thousands of videos out there so please try and be a bit discerning and only post those which relate to the FCF or threads on it. To start the ball rolling here is a video telling the story of the Citroen XM which I came across while browsing the Anglia Car Auctions site:

How "family oriented" do they have to be?

As long as you have a connection with something on the FCF it's fine, I'm assuming Steve's connection was "going to the pub"!!

Re: The PE Video Show
I hate to say this but she reminds me of my daughter at 6. We stopped for breakfast at a Little Chef for her 6th birthday treat, she ordered an early starter!! When the waiter brought her food on a full size Little Chef Early Starter plate he said "If you eat all that I'll swap your empty plate for a lolly". She replied, "No it's alright I'd rather keep the plate thankyou!" He was true to his word and washed it and presented it to her and as far as I know she still has it!!

Re: The PE Video Show
At Historics sale at Acsot today a 1967 S2 Engineering Lotus 49 Colin Chapman F1 recreation was sold for £23,000
This is a nostalgic video of what F1 used to be in 1967, and the debut of the "49" at at Zandvoort
My favourite bit at 56 Seconds when the little lubricating oil tin came out although Graham Hill's checked flat cap came a close second.

See if you can pick out the 1926 Sunbeam featured in "I spy Classic Cars thread" in this totally charming film, bit of a travel show too of the trip from Edinburgh to Sussex.
Lovely stuff! including the commentary and the jolly background tunes!

Enjoyed that video Neil, good find. I think the Sunbeam was at 7.43 and again on the start at Goodwood!!

This was one of my favourite programmes as a boy. Can anyone identify the X74?
