Very likely some emissions related issue, but it really needs Diagbox to check for any faults as not all after-market scanners can read everything.

Is this a Hybrid model?

Ok, so I have heard that the alternator belt can be a cause for this - and as you mentioned it came up about the time of the engine re-start, it may be worth investigating here...

It's just a possibility, but without a fault diagnosis, it's hard to say. I just mentioned this as it has been known with Stop Start systems and this message when restarting.

I understand... I'll check the belt, and if everything is fine there, the next thing is the battery... Of course, I'll also run a diagnostic check at the service center along the way

Is this a reversible alternator system?

I think it is...I check voltage while running, it is 14v, so that's not the problem... :/

No but the belt and accompanying pulleys, etc need to be in top condition.

Hello,

I had this too on my DS5 2016. Engine Repair Needed message but the check engine light turned off. Hooked it to Diagbox and found the code P0494 62 Fan Assembly. Status Permanent - Lack of coherence between the status detected and the reference value of the slow speed.
Waiting for the spare part to arrive.

Hey. That’s exactly what happens to my c4. Any chance you received the spare part and had it fitted? What spare part was it if I may ask? Thanks in advance!

You need to get the engine faults read with Diagbox or a professional quality diagnostic machine, otherwise there are too many possible faults to consider.
