Citroen Picasso C4 (B78) VIN VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff] - Had this code pop up (no others pop up with it)- ran a search in the forum for the manufacturer's protocol for this one and found the one in the pic - is it the same for my car ?
if so, what does POWE STAGE OF THE ENGINE ECU mean ?

There is a heating element inside, so in this case either the wiring / connection is faulty or it may be the element inside the thermostat (contained in the water outlet thank) that's faulty.

So (i guess) replacing the thermostat is the more probable fix ?

If the harness / connections have been checked, then yes, most likely the case.
