P0495 cooler issue

Hello everyone, I have another P error while driving. It is error P0495. I was able to delete the error, but I think it's a matter of time before it comes back. Where should I start my search? Replace relay or fan?

Ohms test both , then pop your readings up , but ... I'd change the relay (if it was my car) there not to badly priced.

According to the VIN number it is. But is it also the solution to my problem if I just want to change the relay?

Once replaced test it with lexia. Normally these parts are just like plug & play.
