Not actually new ( well not completely). It is an original one, but has been looking sad recently. The pole has been repainted and new fingers attached (or the old ones refurbed not sure which).

Not sure if the arms are original, but they are certainly in old style font.

Spotted yesterday in Hickling, Nottinghamshire :)
