Talktalk nightmare!

Well I couldn't get any satisfaction from TalkTalk so I've set up the move to Vodafone, same Openreach system for a tenner a month less but what a bloody hassle, passed from department to department and asked to answer security questions umpteen times finally they said all good to go then ten minutes later told the order has been cancelled, apparently they'd asked Openreach for a new line to my house and been told there's already one there.
After another half hour on the phone they finally sorted it and it's now due to go live on the 20th...........................maybe!

I've been with them ever since fibre to the premises became available in my close. Touch wood, never a problem...
