I wonder if you can help me please?
I am trying to add my VIN to the Citroen App and its not Recognising it.
I have tried a few times now but nothing.

Post it here and someone will advise.
Put it in without spaces and it will be masked from general view, only staff will be able to see it if it is correct.

Most likely you are mistaking a letter 'O' with a number '0' (there are no letters 'O's in the VIN), or are including a space, or have misread the VIN somewhere.

Are there Citroën and DS versions of the DS5?

Yes, but the VIN for the DS 5 is still the same first three alpha numeric regardless of badge. Once the OP provides the VIN I can check it out.

When I tried to add my 2016 DS5 to the Citroen App it wouldn't recognise the vin either, I had to use the DS App instead.

Ok, so nothing wrong with the VIN - make sure you are using the DS App for this year of vehicle and not the MyCitroen App.Murphbd71 wrote: 27 Jan 2025, 14:30 OK thanks.
