C5 aircross 2019 half of the heating is working

Hello.

So I have some weird issue that only half of my heating are blowing warm air, the left ones are ok-ish and the right ones blow much cooler air.

What do you think might be the issue?

I was told it might have something to do with the heating Matrix.. I tried finding a guide how to replace it and didn't find it online, can anyone share a video/manual?

Hi, before you start replacing parts, you need to have it properly diagnosed. The coolant system needs checking and may have an air lock - especially if somebody has attempted to replace the coolant without knowing the proper methods of doing this and the essential ge-gassing / bleeding which is part of the operation. If not done properly you will get air locks.

It would be highly unlikely for this late a vehicle to start having Heater Matrix issues within 5 years.
