Hi again,
is it normal that the fan radiator is active (spinning) when starting the cold engine? My car has been sitting in the garage for 2 days at ~12 Degree Celsius when starting it and noticing the fan spinning.
I thought the fan would only activate one the cool and reaches a certain temperature?

Yes, if the Climate control / Air Conditioning is on or on 'Auto', then low speed fan will be running.
Please note, I'm no longer active on the Forum, so won't respond to messages.
