Charging battery again - is it worth trying to start with the regulator disconnected but everything else connected - I think I was expecting more fuel to come from the unions when unbolted.
Its requesting 378 bar and measuring 400+ when trying to start.

All the logs point to issues with one or more of the new injectors - I am going to reinstall the old ones

Fitted old injectors, did the bleed procedure - started up first time!
Went for 10min drive, got 37mpg....

Good thing you found the issue.
Can thorougly relate to this, tried buying some used "refurbished" injectors online myself.
When the car finally started it sounded like a jackhammer in a barrel full of nails
Took some pushing & shoving + video evidence to get the seller to admit the injectors were borked.
Ended up biting the bullet and spending 1000£ on a brand new set - buying refurbs online is russian roulette with 5 bullets in a 6 shooter

They are not even refurbs, just pulled from a 20,000km van. Checked their feedback and someone else reported buying a non-working set from them also.

Re: DW10FC Injector replacement (Proace Verso 2.0 180ps, but same as Traveller)
Now it gets more interesting - is reporting an Adblue system failure (no urea pump pressure).
Diagbox reporting the default 4 bars and 0c temperature - thinking the system had failed and had been deleted with ECU remap, which has now been reenabled when I upgraded the firmware.
Topped up the adblue, got about a litre in and it overflowed. Checked the level in diagbox and still 6.063 litres.
Looks like electrical gremlins - need to get under and check the plug to the tank, will also check the ecu plug.
Might need to drop the adblue tank and check the pump pcb etc

Ouch 20k and already not working, previous owner must have run them hard!
Granted I do not know Peugeot engines at all (yet) but did you actually write the stock map back onto the ECU? - On most ECUs that's fairly difficult to do even with the correct workshop diag tool.
It might have been mapped out by the previous owner, hard to tell unless you find some parameters pertaining to the SCR system you *know* cannot be correct.
Mostly with such remaps they feed the ECU/ECM with false sensor data and suppress any fault codes related to it, bit of a dirty way to do it but most people will be none the wiser.
Fingers crossed it's just a bad connection

Can you hear the Urea pump working while it's reporting 4 bar pressure, maybe at keyturn?
If no and it sits at 4 bar persistently that might be dodgy data being fed to the ECU.
Have you plugged in any connectors that were unplugged before?
Sometimes with these remaps, the connector to whatever anti-pollution system that has been circumvented, needs to remain unplugged or it will feed real data and the ECU causing a check engine light.

In first pic you can see that 6.063 is the threshold for adblue system to warn for topping up with urea fluid. There is no physical measurement of the urea fluid except when reaches the threshold and just only when you top it up, you also reset via Diagbox the adblue system. In my case i top it up until 16lt with also Wynn's adblue cleaner additive. In second pic you can see 6 bars in the urea pump pressure when engine is in working temp. In 3rd pic when system is not up to temp. These are to compare it with your car adblue system diagnostic.Mr Fusion wrote: 18 Nov 2024, 11:10 Now it gets more interesting - is reporting an Adblue system failure (no urea pump pressure).

I don't think diagbox does a back up of the old firmware - did a search in the folders for large files and can't see anything (unless anyone has info on this)Muir wrote: 18 Nov 2024, 17:43 Ouch 20k and already not working, previous owner must have run them hard!

No it's fair to assume it doesn't backup before reflashing, though ECU maps are not necessarily big files despite the amount of data they contain.Mr Fusion wrote: 18 Nov 2024, 18:35I don't think diagbox does a back up of the old firmware - did a search in the folders for large files and can't see anything (unless anyone has info on this)Muir wrote: 18 Nov 2024, 17:43 Ouch 20k and already not working, previous owner must have run them hard!

Yes, if I reset the fault it then triggers again after a few miles of driving when the system tries to start at the operating temperature. Have not heard the pump working.LedZep wrote: 18 Nov 2024, 18:21In first pic you can see that 6.063 is the threshold for adblue system to warn for topping up with urea fluid. The fact that it can't read pump pressure temperature and when I do actuator tests in diagbox it says "open circuit" for the urea system relay test suggests that its got an electrical issue.
Not sure if it would read anything at all if plug is disconnected from the pump unit - has 12v+, GND and can bus wires.
Some good detailed info here (on what I believe is the same base system, just tank is different) https://www.elektroda.com/rtvforum/topic3827598.html
