I watch most Drivetribe videos and in general I don't consider them worth posting but this one is rather special and qualifies on the FCF video show for a number of reasons. :-D

While researching Xantia Activa colours I came across this road test from Tiff Needell conducted a year before the Activa was available here. That is the year that I first test drove one at the Fleet Car Show in Millbrook and began my long search for one I could afford which was finally satisfied in 2006! :-D

Has anyone here watched Threads? The 1980s film that BBC are showing for the 4th time only? Is it any good? Don't want to convince the Mrs to watch it if it's pony.

It's fecking grim, it doesn't have a happy ending, and it traumatised an awful lot of people when it was first shown.
You'd watch it either 'for old times sake', you were a masochist, or you wanted to gain a bit more understanding.
There's good reason it's not been shown often.

I thought it was excellent and thought provoking but undeniably very bleak.

A look back at the British Motor Show from October 1971, including, amongst others, a Citroen SM, Lotus Europa, a Spitfire, and some car accessories from back in the day. Oh, and also Hugh Scully looking like a lead character from a Hammer House of Horror film and Nationwide presenter Bob Wellings talking about these new-fangled car steer-eos that allow you to listen to music in the car
Seems like half a lifetime ago.... mainly because it is :-D

I used to watch a few video's from Artisan Electrics and Jordan, but went off his content a bit. This appeared as a follow on from something, nice pleasant chap, and a bit of investigation into led lights dimly flashing when off came up with a dangerous conclusion.

Agreed, Jordan is more a YouTube 'star' than an electrician these days.
Saw that video about a month ago, quite shocking :(
