Towbar hints

Hi. I am the danish owner of a c3/2013 with a 1.2 petrol engine and manal 5 speed gearbox. VIN VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]. I have just bought an original towbar - inclusive cable-loom, out of the local scrapyard. I have been searching for an official description on how to intall the goods. Until now only found a description of unorginal cabeling. My loom is stamped with the identification: '858246' and the box is labelled: BSC B03 00. I should be so happy if you support me on solid information. Best regards from Copenhagen.

Unfortunately, the info you have provided are specific to the components and not the actual electrical wiring kits - which are very specific to the vehicle they are being installed on.

There are only 2 official wiring kits, one harness for a 7 channel and another harness kit for 13 track. So I can't advise on what it is you have obtained as those are not official part numbers.

I don't know if this will help, but it's the guide for the specific 13 track harness for this vehicle, so may not be the same, but beware you will need a Lexia Diagnostic kit with Diagbox to code it.

Oh no - I ran out of luck. My part is for 7 pins.
