Ds 4 2010 audio denon does not work

Hi guys , i am new here and i have a problem with my citroen ds4 denon audio system.

So i've been to many oficial citroen workshops and alot of services , nobody knows how to repair my Citroen speakers .
I've been send the cd unit to a test and works perfectly , ive been replacing the amplifier with an original aftermarket one and still doest work .

I've been reading that if one speaker doest work the entire unit will not turn on , so i need to check every speaker resistance . Lets say that i'll find one speaker that doest work and need replacing , do i really need an original one ? I cant use and aftermarket one with same specs ?
Also ive been reading that for some reason i cant use an aftermarket amplifier , is that right ?

Ok so RT6 system with Hi Fi Amp. This is a CAN amplifier, so is intended to work with the CAN data network of the vehicle. An aftermarket system may not interface with the RT6.

The system takes the 2 audio outputs from the RT6 and splits these into 8 amplified outputs with the HiFi option:

2 outputs for the front woofers
2 outputs for the front tweeters
2 for the rear tweeters and woofers connected in parallel
2 outputs for the bass acoustic enclosure

You may want to look at the connections:

ok so i am coming with a little update , long story short , the amplifier connection looks like this lmao , there is 2 speakers connected for radio , i dont know what to do now

When you say this, surely you would have connected the replacement amp up correctly when you replaced it? I'm confused.

so long story , is my brother car and he after being to 100 services , he manage to connect two wires and somehow works only 2 front speakers , as with all speakers connected the amp will not work at all, ill comeback after i figure out what the actually hell is there

My problem is diffrent.
Ale speakers ar? ok exept subwoofer.
Resistence is ok but it plays very very quietly. you have to apply your ear to hear it.

If one of the speakers is not good, then it is possible that all the outputs are blocked. To begin with, you can disconnect the connectors b and c. Then all the control signals and only the front speakers are connected. If even then it does not work, it is possible that the front speakers are bad . In that case I would return the b or c connector and disconnect the front speakers at the connectors on them .This applies if only one speaker is faulty. And of course this applies to the original radio . Speakers can be checked and the resistance can be measured with a unimeter. The resistance must be around 4 ohms. If it is below 1 ohm then it is not good . Speakers can be replaced with aftermarket ones, but you need to choose the right size and specification. The connectors generally do not fit, so they have to be modified.

When I listen to music, all the door speakers seem to be playing. but when I disconnected b and c there is silence.

maniac: then your speakers are fine except for the subwoofer

Hi. It should be an option in diagbox to check all speakers. you have to choose amplifier and the repair and you should have a test option. Sending a test tone to all speakers incl sub. Had this in my pug 308cc with jbl amp system

Hello guys, I am from Slovenia, have the same problem on my DS4 2014, it has a denon sound system with the woofer integrated, i changed the original radio because has a malfunction in the system and it was too expensive to change it with the new one, so i bought the android version for this car with carplay canbus box integrated, all works rine for 6 months and than suddenly my wife drove soke stuff from Ikea .. and the sound stop working. I checked the outputs on the radio and they work fine, the problem is the sound in the car, should I check the connection in the woofer? Or what , I am confused
