That will do - but you'll need to check whether you have a pouch or reservoir system (and also whether you actually have an additive system - especially if you have a 1.5D DV5 engine as most of these don't have assisted regeneration). So you need to check your specific vehicle.

So it`s right to refill with Eolys Powerflex ?

It's very likely to be Powerflex for this year and model, but you'll need to confirm with your dealer as I can't assist you with Vauxhall specifically, even though they are part of the Stellantis Group.

Thanks!
My local dealer doesn`t know the type of additive needed.

If a main dealer they should know - it will be on their database, but I'm 99.9% sure it will be Powerflex additive for this year with this engine.

Hi.
I'm about to refill eolys fluid in my car and reset it. Last time i saw in diagbox an estimated of 750ml remaining of 1750 ml, if i remember well. I can't figure out which kind of eolys my car use. I believe Powerflex. My vin is VF3**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]. Thanks in advance.

I'm little confused Marc. I ordered 1 lt of Powerflex (blue- 3RG brand) as everything on my research indicated that kind of eolys. I unscrew the under cover of eolys tank and found that clip is green color. Something in Peugeot is weird. My only conclusion is that they made my car in Monday after vacations. Any clue?

Ok, so I've just checked some other info I had and in your case I think you have a 508 (W2), which in common with the C5 (X7) doesn't use Powerflex - and is an exception with a few other vehicles - just to make things awkward, so apologies for that. Peugeot changed over to the 508 (R83) model in 2018, so I suspect you have a W2, in which case it uses Exclusively Eolys Extend. So the cap colour is relevant in this case.

1 Litre, part: 1623961580, £85.01
3 Litre, part: 1623961680, £123.88

No worries Marc. Is it safe for additive pump or whatever, Powerflex be mixed with the Extend? And i was wondering what was this sign.. :-D
Thanks again.

Hi, yes, that confirms it 'W2' meaning the 508 model code, so that is what I was talking about above - the exception to Powerflex. They put that on the tank as a reminder to the Peugeot technicians that it the W2 variant needs Eolys Extend.

I can't advise as to whether Powerflex and Extend can be mixed, but I would remove any you have added and refill with Extend if you can to be on the safe side.
