3008 Fuse - Identification and potential issue

Unread post by Rhothgar »

Can anyone advise me what this 30A fuse feeds please?

Engine bay fuse box on 1.6HDi DVC6.

I’d have thought it should have a nut on it but looks like it has never had one!

Will test it for potential issue but curious as there are some outstanding faults in the ECU which I am working through and the resolution of one could be VERY expensive.

There's no cable so I doubt it is in use. It might be the pump supply if an EGS box is fitted.

Thanks.

Humour me! What is an EGS box? Electronic gearbox system?

Just checked mine, it is the same as yours. Yes EGS is the semi auto robotised manual they used.
