Hi, I have a 2013 Citroen Berlingo. I'm having trouble with charging; the alternator isn't the issue. I'm attaching a video where I demonstrate the problem. When I unplug a connector, it starts charging, but the connector must be plugged in for the car to start. However, it won't charge when the connector is plugged in. Any help is appreciated.
P.S.: I have replaced the fuse box in the engine compartment with an identical one.

How sure are you that the replacement fuse box is the same? Are the numbers on the boxes the same? The boxes can be similar and that isn't good enough.
As I get older I think a lot about the hereafter - I go into a room and then wonder what I'm here after.

Have you tried fitting a new battery?
I have had failure to charge with an old but still functioning battery due to the alternator mistakenly believing it to be fully charged.
