Having fitted genuine module and wiring looms, aux as well, can someone point me to a guide using Lexia to update BSI so that stabilisation program works not forgetting also turns rear parking sensors off

There's nothing I have on this as it's usually a dealer job to configure the BSI. It involves configuration in several places dependent on what you have fitted, so can't help on this one Norman.

I fitted a towbar with to my 2013 X7 a few years ago. I bought the dedicated Peugeot looms and ECU and then activated it using my Diagbox. It wasn't difficult. No need for a dealer if you have a suitable full chip Diagbox.
As I get older I think a lot about the hereafter - I go into a room and then wonder what I'm here after.

If you can provide me with the part number of the electrical harness you bought, I can perhaps look it up and on some, there are detailed instructions on how to use Diagbox to configure this. Worth a check... pop your VIN up too, Please post your VIN in full without spaces - it will be automatically masked from public view after submitting your post & will only be visible to staff.
