Fuel pressure regulator voltage

1} Does anyone know the Fuel pressure regulator supply voltage, I am reading 2.85V on mine with 1-2 ohms?

2} When ignition is on Radio and Aircon don't work, but dashboard dials work for about 3 seconds then switch off, static dashboard lights stay on.
When engine is turned over the radio and aircon work but the car wont start, get error codes P2148 Fuel Injector Group A Supply Voltage High and P1366 P1367 P1368 P1369- four

I think you'll have to go into Diagbox and look at the live data under the engine ECU as this is supplying the high pressure fuel pump. It should give you the supply voltage and the reference value.

Fault Code:	P2148
Description of Fault:	Injector bank 1: Short circuit. Short circuit. The fault appears at the end of 200 ms. The 4 injectors are jammed shut.
Conditions for Fault to clear:	Ignition on
Downgrade Modes whilst Fault is active:	Engine stopped Cut in the vehicle cruise control irreversible The engine ECU limits the fuel flow Prohibition/abandoning of forced regeneration of the particle filter Cutting of the vehicle speed limiter Switching on of the warning lamp and/or warning message: Warning lamp MIL
Symptoms:	Engine hesitating, cutting out Starting problem Lack of power
Suspect Areas:	Injector bank Fuel injector Fuel return circuit Battery Engine fusebox Electrical harness Connectors

The other codes P1366 to P1369 are saying the injector voltage is too low, which makes sense considering the main fault above is showing them as all jammed shut. So there definitely looks like a supply issue.

Forgot to mention, no high pressure fuel at the HP port, which is why I was querying voltage at the pressure regulator, the fuel exits through the return port
