Well I’m all sorted. Had another update pop up today, which installed successfully. And can you believe, while it was installing, I had a phone call from Citroen Assist as a result of my report through the “My Citroen” app. So I’m a happy bunny again. I’m back in love with the car

Further to my last post, after appearing to be “all sorted” I have realised that I no longer have “Apple Car Play” on the menu

Sorted, again, without outside help . In settings, under connectivity, you have the option of Apple Car Play or Bluetooth. One to remember next time I get an update. I wonder how many other settings have reverted back to default . I guess I’ll find out .

I can't confirm that, but if you need a licence file, pop your VIN up here. Please post your VIN in full without spaces - it will be automatically masked from public view after submitting your post & will only be visible to staff.

Your vehicle actually has a recall for the NAC software to be updated - it is showing as not completed, so contact your dealer as this may me another update not via firmware....

There is no further update than the one you already have and there is no licence file is available, but you don't need one as your vehicle has on board WiFi, so will authorise the firmware update.

I have the same problem as I cannot get hold of the update files via the update tool. Is there a possibility I would get the files aswell? No wifi onboard.

Hi, many thanks again.

I sucessfully got the navi updated but infotainment system shows an error something like ”firmware not compatible with hardware” when trying to update firmware.

The Citroën update app also says that Citroën update does not allow the update for this car.

Any ideas?

If you extracted the firmware and the licence file only, according to the instructions in the guide in the last link I provided, then, no, you'll have to ask your dealer why it won't update. They may be blocking it due to issues with the firmware.
