fault codes

hi new on the site so please bear with me. i bought the daughter a 2017 c3 mk 11 its had a few problems the latest one was emissions the local garage put on new cat and front and rear lambda sensors. the e.m.l. went off but came back on with a fault code p0054 .this is a different code than the one for emission. can anybody tell me what this code means. thanks.

P0054 can indicate that the downstream oxygen sensor electrical harness or the sensor is faulty, but I may be able to be more specific if you pop the VIN up.
