Any chance I can have numbers for the nut and bolt shown as 20 and 72 in the below.

Somehow I've managed to lose mine... I suspect the kids!

(5) Is one of the the crankshaft Seals.
(7) Is the Engine Timing Gear

I shouldn't think you would need to replace the gear (7), but if you did you would ned the seal (5).

But important you have all the correct setting rods and tensioner compression lever tools for the ancillary belt if going to do this yourself.

Me again!

Marc. Please can I have sight of the fiche(s) for the air conditioning system on X435.

Specifically, I am looking at seals as I am about to get the system regassed as first stage in getting to diagnosing the issue with it. I'd like to able to see the pipe runs and joints so I get a clearer picture of how hellish a job it is going to be replacing all the pipe seals...

Thanks in advance (of more pain :-D )

Thank you Marc. Condenser 7 and 9 look fun to replace! They look like they sit against the bulkhead in some easily accessible position. 8-[

I am really surprised to see that there is no pipework inside the car.

Are seals 3 and 4 on Evaporator listed as nitrile seals (I've no idea where the evaporator valve is - is it behind the dash no doubt?)

Could I have part numbers and any extended sizing information for the following please:-

Evaporator Valve Fiche Seals 3 and 4
Condenser Fiche Seals 6, 7, 8 and 9
Freon Fiche Seal 5

Many thanks.

That's fine. That's just the rubber hosing so I'm not concerned with that but useful at some point no doubt.
