Hello Marc!
After replacing my rear caliper the brakes are non existent despite me bleeding on the caliper nipples.
Could you please post procedure on how to completely bleed my brakes on my C5 X7 as I can't seem to find it on the resources section.
Are there more than 1 procedure as I came across a thread where there was mention of primary and secondary system, where secondary can only be led through diagbox (which I do have), but there were no detailed procedures.
Apprechiate it!

Re: Brake Bleeding Procedures
I've moved this out of the parts thread into a separate topic.
It is essential that both primary and secondary (ESP Block) systems are bled and always after the primary system has been bled. I'll put up the procedure shortly and put a link here for you.

Re: Brake Bleeding Procedures
Hi
On the same topic: I've replaced the two front calipers on my 2009 2.0hdi X7 , but the brakes are not as they are supposed to be (spongy, giving in under constant pressure, needs pumping to get firmer, etc., I'm guessing air). So I too would very much like to follow the procedure for bleeding (yes, I know, I should probably have read it before I did the job...). I click on the link above, but the result is a disappointing "You are not authorised to read this forum". Any guidance, please?

Yes, you need to upgrade your membership to access the resources section. See below:
The system has 2 bleeding processes, one on the primary and one on the secondary circuit - explained in the procedure.
