Anyone please hlelp me with part number

I got a DS5 Diesel Hybrid 2L 200BHP 4WD 2013 model.
I cant find the part on image anywhere. My rare tiers are wearing very fast on inner side.
Fond that this part is over due on both sides (look at image)

Anyone got any idea what part this is?
