Citroen relay van 2017 horn

horn not working, I’ve changed clock spring, checked horn direct to battery, working, changed steering wheel.
All working on other van. Put everything back still not working. Change fuses etc. help please.

OK its a pretty simple circuit.
Do fuses 3 & 10 in the under bonnet fuesbox have power at them?
Next Relay T03 in the under bonnet fusebox, Do you have 12v at 2 of the terminals? And a switched earth when you operate the horn switch?
The other terminal when applied with 12v should operate the horn if wire 188 is ok.

Any idea what he did? What does it say on the bill?

Haven’t a clue. It was fixed as part of a warranty claim.
