These are nightmare transmissions and can be expensive when they go wrong, but without a fault code I can't really help you. Once the garage have it they run a diagnostic, they should be able to advise, but Nemos are essentially FIAT Fiorinos, as is the Peugeot Bipper.

There's no automatic transmission on the Nemo. You will have a manual gearbox and clutch, but with hydraulic actuators to do the gear shifting and operate the clutch for you. So these are referred to as piloted gearboxes, but they are not automatics in that they don't have a torque converter.

If you have the codes I can give you some idea. Pop them up with your VIN (please post your VIN in full without spaces - it will be automatically masked from public view after submitting your post & will only be visible to staff) when you have them.

Unfortunately, there is no further info on these codes, and some you have provided are not shown as valid. £120 is a standard Citroen diagnostic charge for up to an hour inc. VAT - but at least you are taking it to the official dealer, so won't waste time going round in circles as a lot of garages won't touch these gearboxes.

P1612: Coded anti-start : Error reading or writing the Coded Engine Immobiliser code
P1199: Fuel high pressure regulation : Lack of fuel prevention strategy
U121300: Information fault emitted by the ABS ECU: Coherence
P075000: Gearbox fault - The gear does not engage: Not characterised

How did you clear the P1612 EEPROM memory (coded immobiliser) error message? I'm getting a similar situation with my van
