2015 Expert 2.0hdi Electro valve harness diagram

Hi, I'm looking for a wiring diagram (not a schematic, but an image) of the wiring harness atop rear of the engine that connects to the vac valves.

There are 4 in total but only 3 valves. 2x 1618QQ 1x 1618HR

Or a decent workshop manual showing it all in place.


Finding info on this van is like looking for hens teeth.

This is the diagram for the EGR Circuit.

(9) is The EGR Solenoid Valve
(10) Is the Turbo Solenoid Valve

Pipes (1) to (5) are the EGR Vacuum Pipes.

Any part numbers you need, just shout, but item (10) Turbo Solenoid Valve is 9801887680 and (9) EGR Solenoid Valve is part: 1618HR

Hi, Marc, thanks for this, but I already have the Peugeot service software and this information, along with Diagbox 7.83, but there doesn't seems to be a wiring harness diagram?

There isn't anything else - as you said you didn't want a wiring diagram earlier. I can only provide you with the official parts diagram (as above) which is the live info that Peugeot provide and not the old offline stuff you are referring to that will be out of date since 2014 (or earlier in some cases).

The DW10CD engine is a variant of the DW10 engine that has serviced many vehicles in one format or another, and formed the basis of the later Ford Durateq engines.

If you want the injection wiring schematic diagram I can put that up.

Thanks again Marc. I don't think I'm being clear.

I have Peugeot Service Box. Under 'Mechanical' then 'Turbocharging', there is a 'Repair Procedure'. Inside here it explains the removal of the valves etc that control Air/EGR/Turbo. However my software might be corrupt as each image/fig is scrambled and only shows 'Insert Dvd'. Only certain parts of Service Box are like this where there are no images or they are corrupted.

Each of the Vac Sol's on the rear of the engine has a power connector. However, there are 3 connectors on a single wiring harness but no method to know which connector goes to which vac sol. As a consequence, i have encountered problems plugging them back in and it has taken several hour to remedy. I have managed thru Trail and Error to get it back to where it was before I took them off, but i want to make sure that each vac sol is connected to the correct power connector from the harness. A schematic wiring diagram won't help me so I need to see the actual harness and each power connector going to each vac sol.


I basically require a picture of some sort of the back top of the engine where the vac sols are and which power connector goes to which unit.

I only have what you have posted above, however if you are saying the following images are not displaying then I can put up the procedure with images in the member's section - but they will be what is already in the official guide, albeit displayed correctly.

I have to prepare these manually, so if you want this let me know as it will take me 30 minutes to prepare and code up, but I won't waste the time if you already have the following images in the procedure.

that is the only image in that list that I have. All others following are all i need as I have the descriptions there.

It all depends if the images clearly point to each connector and each vac sol?

NB: Unless or course there is a way to determine which is which by the schematic I have assumed would be of no use? Maybe they a re colour co-ordinated instructions?

It's difficult to make out, but there's also 3 vac sols in this image where mine Only has 2? :O

Slight engine variations maybe? I know there are some engines with a dual input on the air doser so they can be operated separately, but mine is the single Intercooler input with the butterly to control the EGR and Soft Shutdown.


What im looking for may not exist, so I most likely need an individual with 1st hand knowledge and experience on this van. I've searched far and wide on the internet so far with no joy.


I've a new Pressure Converter coming tomorrow hopefully and this may or may not prove to be the fault I've been having all along since may last year.

If it's not there ignore it. It's the same on the DW10CTED4s where they show an electrovalve that's not there.

They also changed some of the air Dosers too which often have only one of the 2 electronic valves active.
