Hey, so ive just cleaned my 1.6 hdi egr valve, and the car has really rough idle. It also cant maintain the idle, after a little while it stalls. Also when revving the engine the rpm goes up really slow, and in regular intervals the throttle feels like it cuts off, if you get what i mean. I have no check engine light on, no issues like that.
Thanks

A full diagnostic is really needed to be honest as there can be many reasons for this sort of behaviour including fuelling / blocked air inlet manifold etc.
Put any codes you have with you VIN here and we can may be able to provide some pointers for you.

Kinda like one of the intake or exhaust valves were stuck, and there was no compreasion

Stick your VIN up so the codes can be confirmed.
My 1.6 HDI threw similar codes but is the 16V 90 BHP
P0409, P1459, P0490 all relate to the EGR. Are you checking it with a diagnostic tool that can do actuator tests? Just because it's clean doesn't mean it moves. You should hear a ticking when the engine is turned off. This is the self clean cycle. Mine was dead on the mechanical side and the electrical side. Also it could be the wiring that feeds it. The white smoke, does it smell of diesel? Does it clear a bit when warm? What happens if you run it without the MAF plugged in?

Leave it with me (we already have your VIN and the codes in your previous post above) and I'll pop something up shortly. I've been busy on other posts, so can't always get round to everyone with available time...

So looking at the fault descriptors, the main culprit would appear to be your EGR Valve being coked up with carbon, so would recommend that this is replaced or removed and cleaned up.
You can ignore the P1351 Pre-heating relay circuit: Coherence; Relay supplied and glow plugs not supplied (this is a common fault but means your glow plugs need replacing at some point.
