Fault code P2191 RCZ

Got a 2013 1.6 RCZ and this fault code P2191 comes up. It refers to lean fuel/air mixture. Any thoughts from anyone?

Note, this vehicle is being flagged up for a recall / after-sales campaign, so I'd get it booked in at Peugeot. The work will be free and they can confirm what it is for.

Fault Code:	P2191
Description of Fault:	Mixture regulation: Mixture too lean. The "multiplicative" correction of the mixture adaptation is greater than 1,23; No additional confirmation time. Conditions of activation of the diagnostics: The following conditions have to be met: - Engine management ECU in main triggering phase - Deactivation of the fault on certain points (reservoir empty) depending on a threshold of 0,7
Conditions for Fault to clear:	Clearing of the fault provided the "multiplicative" correction is within the range (0,77, 1,23) during a driving phase.
Downgrade Modes whilst Fault is active:	-
Symptoms:	Unstable idling Stalling at idle Lack of power Flat spot on acceleration Emissions outside the norms

I went to Peugeot and they said that there is no recall on the vehicle. I was wondering if you had any further information?
