4 Body height sensors
3 Accelerometer sensors
2 Front controlled shock absorbers
2 Rear controlled shock absorbers
1 Steering wheel angle sensor
1 Multifunction video camera
1 Variable damping control unit

These components are linked to a variable damping suspension computer and this in turn is linked to the BSI, the Engine ECU, the ESP system. On DS7 models with the sensory pack (forget the name now), selecting a driving style also changes the suspension characteristics.

It's not Hydropneumatic and isn't self-levelling as those days are truly gone with the X7 :(

However despite being a slight :geek: myself, it's truly scary what is on these DS7s to be honest in terms of tech and unless you have just robbed Fort Knox, or are Elon Musk, I wouldn't want the repair bills when any of the tech packs up!
Interesting stuff Marc, thanks.

Yes, think I will stick with my simple X7!
