Here's another gem from the small car stable and in a striking colour too, Very similar to the colour of my Lancia Beta Spyder which was red trying to be orange!! :-D

That'd do me just fine. Wouldn't have to go far to pick it up either.

That's what I had to tell myself very sternly when I was sent a link to a very tidy and rare Saxo automatic up for auction...

Luckily, it was a four-door and not being at all keen on 4-door cars there days the decision was just a smidgin easier...

An automatic Saxo does appeal though...

The only car that swapped ends on me uphill!
Climbing out of Stonehaven on the twisty old South Road, full power, tucked the rear wheels and caught me out!

Much as I try, I can't see you jumping a dried up river bed nor outsmarting the local police in an automatic Saxo any time soon, Jim. :rofl2:

Ahh, but I've been doing a lot of study into how to tune a TU engine ;) I reckon I can make one that's good for 150 horses :)

That'll do the job nicely 8-)

Just so long as you can get and store a couple of tons of hay a week. Horses can eat a surprising amount.

Love that :D

I've got one very similar! No box but in fine condition. It's been played with an enjoyed by its previous owner but cared for :D

Mine's an Italian Polistil even though it has a French registration plate on it...

Be interesting to see how much it fetches...

I've also got a toy Xantia in the same colour... That one lives in the workshop and has been well played with... It's a bit patinated!
