When car is cold gearbox works normally, but when car and gearbox is warm the problems start. Gearbox jerks, especially when changing the gear P to D. When car starts moving the gearbox sometimes "think" few seconds before it jerks and start moving normally. When downshifting, the dashboard shows often D5 even if the car has already almost stopped and then the gear changes directly to D2 or D1, that probably has something to do with the electricity because it feels like gearbox is downshifting correctly.

Citroen C5 X7 2013 Diesel 163Hp Automatic Problem
Has anyone had a similar problem with a Citroen automatic gearbox?

When was the Auto gearbox oil last changed?
You really need a diagnostic with Diagbox, to be honest as there can be specific fault codes to help with troubleshooting.
It may be the oil needs changing, but it may also be the solenoid hydraulic block, but it really does need a proper diagnostic. Be aware that standard OBD code readers are limited and may be unable to read the constructor codes or some ECUs.
If and when you get the codes, pop them up here and we can provide some more advice.

Oil was changed at official Citroen service a couple of weeks ago and that did not help.
They also readed fault codes but did not find any. Because they did not found any codes they just recommended change whole gearbox (15 000€).

There are various warnings that the gearbox has issues - changing gear is one of them, grinding, jerking etc. When there is a worsening problem it will generate a fault code, and or display a warning sign on the dashboard ("automatic gearbox fault") when the gearbox goes into refuge mode. There can also be issues with not being able to go into certain gears, but there are a lot of fault codes with this gearbox that can be generated.
Maybe the hydraulic block is on the way out and hasn't generated a code yet. These can be prolonged by regular gearbox oil changes. I know there are places that supply these blocks repaired / reconditioned which can be much more economical to do.
I put the procedure up here:

Swapping the valve block is an easier job that it may first appear... As long as you are scrupulously clean you will experience no difficulty....
