Hi,
Can anyone help please with a wiring schematic for this vehicle.
Thank you.

Which Circuit are you after? You would also need to provide the VIN or reg to get the correct diagram for your van.

Thanks for your reply wheeler.
The VIN is:- VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff].
I am mainly interested in the immobiliser connections between the Delphi Immo box and the EDC15C7 ECU, in order to do some bench simulation. The immobox has Can L and Can H, but the ecu seems to have K-line only. I'm hoping a schematic can give me a clue as to the interconnection between the two.

Can you recheck the VIN please, it's not coming up as valid.
Also are you sure it's a 2005 model? I make that a mk2 which isn't multiplexed so no CAN?
CAN only started on the mk3 model from 2007.

Do you have an issue with the immo?

That's strange wheeler. The VIN is definitely
VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff].
Citroen Relay 2005. You're right about the CAN protocol. This vehicle only has K-Line, so I am confused as to how the Immo connects to the ecu. The immobox only has CAN L and CAN H.
The vehicle is currently working with an Immo Off file. I just want to return it to its standard arrangement if I can.

The first VIN you gave has a different digit in it.
This vehicle does not use CAN at all, It is not even multiplexed.
Pin 6 on the immo box appears to be the only single connection to the injection ECU.
Here is the diagram.

Apologies for the typo wheeler, and a big thank you for the schematic.
That clarifies things for me now.

Hi wheeler,
Your diagram is close but not quite appropriate to my situation.
I have enclosed pics of the immobox and transponder coil, with I think will be 8208 and 8209 in PSA schematic terminology.
If you have a schematic that shows these two components, that would be great!
Thanks

8220 = Transponder Aerial
8221 = immo box
1320 = injection ECU
C001 = Diagnostic socket
0004 = Instrument panel (for padlock lamp)

What makes you think this diagram is not correct?

Thanks wheeler.
Two points really:-
a) the colour scheme of the wiring to the immobox does not match the schematic
b) the immobox pinout (see attached), does not stack up with the connections shown on the schematic.
I just feel that the description of the 8208/8209 components is more representative of what I have. Presumably, as these components are listed, there will presumably be a schematic somewhere, which will be bang on the money!

Be aware that Citroen do not have a fixed colour wiring scheme. It is not unusual for a wire to start at one end with one colour, and be a totally different colour at the other end. However, every few inches there will be a code printed on each wire that remains the same throughout the length.

Thanks hell razor. Yes, I did take account of that, and traced through as per your guidance. The odds are still stacked against the component shown in the schematic being identical to mine.

Im not sure how you know this as the diagram i posted above doesn't show any wiring colour's, only the wiring codes are there & the connector colours which are an 8 way white & a 3 way white on the immo box, the same as whats on your picture??
welldigger99 wrote: 15 Sep 2022, 19:14 b) the immobox pinout (see attached), does not stack up with the connections shown on the schematic.
Below is a screenshot from the official Citroen training manual for the Relay 2, it also shows the immo box has an 8 way & a 3 way connector, on the 3 way only 2 positions are used & on the 8 way only 6 positions are used, pins 1 & 7 are not used? Is this not the same as yours??
Im not sure where you got the documents from you posted but im pretty sure they are not for your vehicle, for starters The mk2 Realy does not have any CAN networks & is not multiplexed at all.

That maybe so but the component codes are not model specific, so that may apply to a C1.

Thanks wheeler!
I think there is some misunderstanding - all on my part I hasten to add!
I had worked out that the connectors 8v and 3v were the number of pins in each block, and these are indeed what I have.
I had assumed (wrongly!) that the BA was a wire reference, not as you have said, a reference to the connector itself. Hence my hasty conclusion that the wiring colours were different!
Another thing, I have concluded that there is an error in the pinout I attached.! I am sure that BATT+ at B4 should read B- (ie ground) . This then relates much more closely to the schematic. I think I have fried the immobox because of this - but we'll see!
I fully understand your point about different component designations relating to different models too.
You've taken a lot of time and trouble with this, and it's greatly appreciated.
I'll report on my progress in due course.
Thanks

Success!
Having learnt from my earlier misinterpretations I have now got the immobox interfaced with the ecu on the bench, using the schematic provided by wheeler.
Lexia (and PP2000) are now happy with my setup.
I had earlier programmed the immobox file (93LC56B), with a new pin and prepared the ecu with a virgin 5P08 eeprom file.
My new pin was successfully recognised allowing me to progress to key programming.
I have an ID48 transponder and key fob on the way, so this will be the next task.
The vehicle is currently working with an "immo off" donor ecu, and my ultimate aim is to reunite the original immobox and ecu with the vehicle, in a fully working state.
Thanks again for all the advice in getting me to this stage!
