C5 X7 coolant change?

Not that mine uses any, but I do check the level from time to time. The coolant is a rather dilute looking blue-green colour.
I'm wondering if this is original 2008 vintage or if it has been changed.Should it have the pink type long life type in there?
If it does need changing does the 2.0 16 valve have any bleed screws like the older 8 valve?

I'm hoping this will be last mechanical job to get the car up to scratch, it is booked in at Easter to have all the wheels refurbished. The car is Aluminium Grey, and I'm having the wheels sprayed to match - I reckon it should look good

Thank you for that info, guess I'll change the coolant next time I'm under there to change the oil. Looks straightforward enough!

What is it that you want to query? Is it one of the cars in your signature?

Yes. Wanted to see what the procedure is, what type and volume of coolant etc

The procedure is quite lengthy for a complete drain and refill and bleed, requiring (according to the procedure) the degassing operation afterwards. The Cooling Circuit capacity is 11.5 litres with the Auto box on your car. Send me a PM if you want the procedure.
