It is a long standing invention of Neil's (Newcastle Falcon) referencing a pub, started with the Pickled Egg Jukebox List and grew from there.

The Pickled Egg is the FCF's virtual local created by Newcastle Falcon for the centrepoint of our social gatherings and at which many things happen to many people. If you search Pickled Egg on the OTCL forum you will get many results and access to much entertainment, amusement and even education!! While you're there mine's a pint!! :-D

Surprisingly, against all odds, the only real Pickled Egg Public House in the entire world survives in St Helens. Last time I looked on Streetview the entire area around the Pickled Egg Pub was demolished for redevelopment.

As Steve's link showed our Virtual Pickled Egg, first made an appearance here because of my liking for Cluff's cartoons. :-D

I'm sorry, I can't believe a BMW driver would drive like that. I think you've doctored the video and it was actually a Honda Jazz that did the undertaking :rofl2:

There is no way anyone driving in that area would do that, definitely doctored video, we're all law abiding motorists in the south.... :^o :^o

Just a very simple video on 'Building the World's Quickest Street Legal EV' from back in the day (it was built about 10 years ago, actually :) ). No annoying music, no irritating presenter, just half an hour on the history, and the process from idea, to evolution, to finished product for Jonny Smith's Enfield 8000 - Flux Capacitor.
