P1199 = Fuel circuit : Incoherence on the reserve fuel pressure (Nearing no fuel).

What is the problem you are having with the car? not starting? poor running? just a warning light?

Here is the fault code descriptor:

Fault Code:	P1199
Description of Fault:	Fuel circuit : Incoherence on the reserve fuel pressure (Nearing no fuel). The pressure measured in the fuel high pressure common injection rail is lower than the reference value for 800 ms even though the electrovalve is open to the upper limit. The following conditions have to be met - engine running - Low fuel level
Conditions for Fault to clear:	Ignition switched on
Downgrade Modes whilst Fault is active:	Engine stopped Irreversible deactivation of the vehicle cruise control (Need to switch the ignition off and then on, in order to make the function available again) Irreversible deactivation of the vehicle speed limiter (Need to switch the ignition off and then on, in order to make the function available again) Activation of the cooling fan at fast speed
Symptoms:	Jerking/stalling Lack of power Starting problem Absence of automatic stopping of the internal combustion engine (Vehicle equipped with "stop and start")
Suspect Areas:	Running out of fuel Clogging of the fuel filter Low pressure fuel circuit

starts normally and after 300-400m stops

My first port of call for any fuel pressure related fault code would be to replace the fuel filter if you have not already done so.
