This unit is the RD4 or RD45 system, made by Continental.
Usually standard equipment unless another system is specified as an option. There are Single & Dual Tuner versions. RD45 features over the RD4: The RD45 has USB connectivity & integrated Bluetooth module supporting Phone & Audio Streaming.

I got another head unit of ebay and got it vin coded it works, But now the bluetooth, AUX & USB Connection will not connect with the phone. The phones not the problem as it worked with the original head unit RD4/ RD45. As anybody got a answer for me? 🤔

It depends on whether you have bought an RD4 or an RD45 replacement unit - only the RD45 has built in Bluetooth. RD4 units are the basic ones and don't have built in bluetooth.

Thanks, it's a Continental RD45 in the rear plug it's got the bluetooth wiring fitted and the wiring goes down to the centre console we're the USB &AUX is. Does it just need programming on the DigiBox?

Then if you have an RD45, it will need configuring with Diagbox. You may need to check some other settings too apart from VIN coding in case the unit has retained settings from or is missing correct configuration for your specific vehicle.
