I'm not sure what you mean?

The level of oil is correct when the stream of oil becomes drop by drop.

I mean...if i extract about 3 liters and if we know that in a partial change we add about 3 liters, why do we need to go through the phase were we check the level and add another 1/2 liter... without a lift going over and under time and again isn't a great joy...(-;

Because there is no guarantee you have 3 litres in there - there is no way to check the level. Also when draining the oil has to be at the correct temperature so ensure you get all the impurities out whilst they are suspended in the oil. So necessary to top up the oil and allow it to work through until it starts to flow and then turn to drips then add a little more to make sure the oil is circulating. Then once it goes from flowing to drips again you can be sure it is at the correct level.

At least you know that the second flow / drip is as a direct result of adding a little more and not some oil that was just a little slow in coming out I guess.

How many km has your engine done? My understanding is that carbon buildup on the inlet valves can be expected to be severe by about 70,000 km and apparently causes a variety of issues, many of which may not initially throw a fault code. If your valve cleaning treatment consisted of spraying a can of cleaning solution into the inlet manifold I think it is unlikely that it would have made much difference, although apparently if done routinely from new it may help keep the valves clean. I agree it is a nightmare on these engines to remove the inlet manifold and inspect/clean. I found an independent BMW garage that charged much less than the PSA dealer quoted where I live.

about 114K Km. I have another one with 190K km which does not seem to suffer from this...all YouTube videos i watched were encouraging as per the use of the CRC treatment, who knows...in Israel a garage is usually the last place you wanna have your car taken care of, both from a professional perspective and money wise...

The place in Melbourne that charged me A$800 (local dealer quote $1200) only charged $650 for Minis and BMWs with the same engine- access in these cars is much better. I thought it was value for money considering how much it would have cost me to acquire the necessary equipment. And probably helped assist the odd illegal immigrant.
You have done well getting the mileage that you have achieved with no prior valve cleaning. I do quite a bit of short running that probably doesn't help. I fitted oil catch cans to both engine cover breather lines - the one to the inlet manifold catches 5 times the amount that the one on the turbo intake collects. And like you have done I use an inlet cleaner once a year- it causes a temporary engine fault code.

That is interesting. I follow the instructions on the cans and to get access I remove the vacuum hose from the catch can outlet to spray the cleaning agent down into the inlet manifold. I have to prop the accelerator pedal down to keep the revs up to about 1500 to stop the engine dying. Even then it chokes quite a bit. I put a cap on the open end of the tube with a hole in it just big enough to take the outlet tube from the spray can. On both occasions that I have used it I got the engine warning light coming on. It clears after several drives.

Hi Mark

Can you maybe refer me to similar guide/s for a cvt transmission installed in my Renault Fluence 1.6 (2013)? It is a H4M engine (nissan engine and i guess transmission)

Thx
