Here's a car which warrants an appearance on several of our threads but I'm just going to put it on two, this one and favourite colours. I think I would be sorely tempted to swap my MX3 for this had it been RHD!! :-D

Official BMW press release and pictures of a one -off convertible electric Mini. Well speculated to form part of the Mini Offering from 2025. The more variety on offer the better. Now who is going to revive the Triumph Spitfire electric :?: Who owns the Triumph brand, and the old drawings... :?:

Mini showcases electrified open Air fun of the future.

I always like seeing a SAAB Convertible, maybe the back could do with a bit of elongating and squashing down a bit as they appear a bit podgy in the rear-end department.

I think following it through to its logical conclusion you could end up with something which looks a lot like the Jaguar XK8

Of course neither of those are that far removed from my original Celica Convertible, the only car I have ever owned for 18+ years!!

I might have been tempted by the Mustang but definitely not the Oldsmobile, which I see comes with its own petrol pump :-D , but the fact is the steering wheel is on the wrong side on both so no good for me!! :-D

I think it could be better on the other side, no chance of worrying about a wing mirror clash on the nearside

Watching 'Antiques Road Trip' last night, they were using a Rolls Royce convertible, I think that style betters any of the competition.

Not the greatest pic of it Gibbo, but I see they kicked off that week in Coupland in Northumberland....never heard of it :-D Looked it up, just of the A697 North of Wooler and just off the road between Wooler and Kelso on which we are regular travellers on our days out.

and on an antiques road trip theme I have spotted this on a few different occasions, one of which was when they used it for Antiques Road Trip
NewcastleFalcon wrote: 06 Mar 2020, 19:19 Spotted this again yesterday......I think it may well be getting used for one of those Antiques Road Trip things with potentially Philip Serrel behind the wheel.
