C5 2010 Tourer 2.0L - no stop light at the boot lid

Hi,
Stop light works on both sides , however no STOP(brake) light at the boot lid.
I found a broken wire to the top light i the rubber cover , but even repaired, +12V is present, but no 0V. The LED light was checked on external power supply and it works.
Still no 12V to the both bulbs on the lid.
Could you please provide me a wiring diagram?

2110 is your Additional Brake Light
214 is the control wire from the BSI
MC60 is the Earth

MC 60 is on the inside rear wing as shown below:

Thanks @GiveMeABreak . I am fool, there are no STOP light on the lid, they are FOG lights 21Watts bulb. So I have to find broken ground MC2110 (0V) wire. Where the ground point MC60 is located? It looks like it is going inside the car. When I tried to pull it it hold very firmly. it does not look broken.

Be aware that the fog lights only come on when the main headlamp lighting is active.

The middle top STOP light is not working. No 0V (ground) on the wire) +12V appears hen the brake is engaged.

Sorry but I'm totally confused now - you seemed to indicate it wasn't the top brake light before and that it was the fog lights - so I mentioned about the fog lights not being powered unless the headlamps are on (probably need the engine running too). But now you're saying the middle stop light isn't working again.
