xantia rear brake pipe twisted

when i was loosening rear brake line nut, unfortunately it was stuck to pipe and with turning nut, pipe is also twisted. (2 or 3 turn)
it didn't break and just a piece of paint peeled off but it is unsafe to drive with that twisted brake line!
what should i do?
heat up twisted part of pipe to red hot and cool down slowly that way broken iron atoms will join together?

Heat is likely to be the best option - although at least you have the pipe off the car in your case unlike this guy:

ok i will do that.
but when i was loosening nut, i did not use heat to prevent pipe from turning, cos heat will burn seal and this seal is not in market any more

The pipe seals are still available from Citroen. A few other suppliers have stocks of them too.

yeah this is right
but unfortunately in our country nobody sells them and even most seller don't know these seals.
what is the material of them? NBR or rubber?
can i use rubber hose as a seal?
or putting Viton O-rings over top of each other proportional with seal height so may be i can use them instead of old bad seal

The seals needs to be tubular. They expand into the gap when tightened, and seal tighter with hydraulic pressure.
I have some of the 3.5mm Citroen seals here.
Dimensions:
L = 10mm
OD = 5.5mm
ID = 3∼3.15mm

For LHM use, HNBR would be best, as it's resistant to mineral oil.

Sorry to hear of your problem. I'm surprised Xantia parts are hard to find. I thought they were still quite plentiful because the cars were built in Iran after production in France ceased. A few of us in Europe have looked to buy parts in Iran that we can't get here any longer.
Although standard advice is to always replace seals each time the joint is undone, you can re-use them in an emergency.
As regards the pipe, to be honest, I would leave it as it is. I'm not sure heat will improve the situation. I would put it back and then keep on the lookout for a replacement. If it were to overheat and collapse, then your car is immobilised.

in fact in iran u can find 99 percent on xantia non-hydractive parts and this 1 percent is hydraulic line tubular seals.
the parts that are in iran market are either chinese low quality or irainian bad quality to medium quality parts.
There are many counterfeit parts. as i posted fake IFHS sphere.
u can buy total LHM plus in 3 or 4 quality!! and all are filled in iran
the production stopped after 9 years and it was just montage, not like making any parts. so now it is for 11 years that importing parts from citroen is over

anyway forget them not big deal.
HNBR is good but cant find it too. tanx for dimensions

if i dont repair it, pipe will twist again (when tightening) and i am sure it will break
as i learned from steel forging, heat re-bonds iron atoms together. have to try it.

Apply some grease to the pipe-end before trying to tighten the union, and lightly clip something to the pipe so that any twisting can be seen.
Unless the tubular seal has been badly damaged, you'll probably get away with re-using it.

update:
i removed twisted part paint
with straightening bended point and rotating nut back and forth and using hydrochloric acid, now it is rotating freely on pipe.
one of the main thing that was jammed them together was paint itself!!
now i'm going to heat up twisted part of pipe to return its strength as it was before.

Sorry to go off topic.... but when I was in Iran I found amazing Leather Seat covers for both my Xantia and my C5 (was very cheap about 60 euros for all the seats of each car). There was a street in Tehran City Centre with lots of shops selling all kinds of car seat covers and accessories. I brought them to Portugal and still have them on my cars. Very comfortable and excellent quality. Iranians are great craftsmen.

but in iran a construction worker daily salary is 8 euro and normal worker 2.5 euro, so u can imagine how expensive are the Seat covers that u bought and they have to be of good quality

Well, this is new to me. All brake pipes I have seen have a different flange. I was going to suggest cutting the pipe a little way back and add a new pipe with a join.

This is not an easy option on Citroen hydraulics, where the pressure can be very high - up to 175 bar.

Compression joints (with a compressible olive) are prohibited on vehicle braking (and related) systems, and are a (UK) Test failure.
The usual compression joints use either brass, copper or thin steel olives, and while all of these will properly 'nip into' a copper or cupro-nickel pipe, Citroen's pipework is steel, and so the olive will not bite in. Repeated pressure changes can loosen the joint, and the olive can simply slip off.

One company in particular regularly advertises compression joints for Citroen hydraulic lines, and these should be avoided. The only use for this kind of joint is as a temporary repair, to enable the car to be raised and transported to a repair workshop.

A proper repair would involve either a complete replacement pipe, or the re-making of the swaged pipe end where length allows, using the proper tool.
