C4 GRAND PICASSO MK2 2014 - C0701 , P0420 ERROR CODES

Hello ,

i connect OBD ELM327 to my car and got the error codes : C0701 , P0420 .
i have to say that over few month i feel during a driving that the car / engine is slightly strangled and it means that the car have "little jumps" .

Also the vehicle smokes white smoke, from what I understand it is a faulty valve cap / rubber worn valves.

Does someone have a clue regarding the above mentioned error codes ? what it means / solutions ?

P0420 is to do with the Pre-catalyser (Efficiency too low): Internal fault, so may need further investigation / replacing.

Not sure about C0701 - I think that had something to do with the air inflator on the exclusive models, but I have no other info than that.
