Leaking LDS Tank and/or Pump

Hi, I’ve recently purchased a Citroën C5 2.2 HDi Exclusive from 2008, that I’m very happy about, but the problem is that the LDS tank and /or pump are leaking. There is fluid in front of the tank and pump, and if I push a tissue between the tank and pump, there is new fluid there from above, that is to say from the tank.
It could of course just be that the leak is from the pump, but that it’s just gone everywhere in the near vicinity.

Is this something that I can fix myself, or do I have to purchase a new pump and tank? And how hard is it to install by myself?

Hard to see on your photo's what the source of the leak is but there have been reports of the tank seam splitting.
This is usually when the car is raised with the wheels hanging, the dropped back onto the ground, which sends the fluid back to the reservoir too quickly for the small vent to accommodate, compressing the air in the reservoir and causing the seam to split.
To avoid this it is recommended that the filler cap be removed if the wheels are to be left hanging.
It also helps to put the suspension on high, which locks it in that position and prevents too rapid return of the fluid.
Most MOT stations are aware of this, there is a note on the procedure, but many independent garages and tyre fitters are unaware.

So it’s possible that I just have to change the tank and not the pump?

As said, I can't discern where the leak is coming from.
If you have had any work done that required the car to be raised with the wheels hanging I would be inclined to suspect the tank.

Try cleaning it up then put some blue roll tightly around the seam, which will show if it is leaking.

If it is just a split in the tank make sure to clean up as much of the spilt LDS as you can, while you have good access. It is not unknown for the LDS fluid to get into the pump motor, get mixed up with the carbon powder (which is residue from the motor brushes), and then cause the motor to fail.
