I’m having this problem with mine but can’t seem to find the relay box on my car could anyone help shed some light on where it is please

No worries, but your car only has the single Air conditioning system - different tot he other chap and diagram. You do have automatic additional heating though.

Hi, I have same issue on my 2015mk2 grand picasso. Fan blower constantly on. I can't find the location of the relay on my model.

Any chance you could take a look if I send the VIN?
It's proper doing my nut in!

I have a 2005 Citroen C4 1.6 hdi Left hand drive..........my problem concerns my heater blower/ AC vents. For some reason, no matter which setting I switch to on the control facia, the air only blows on the top of the dash, and the 2 side vents for door windows. I cannot get the central vents to operate......the fan/motor etc works fine, I can adjust the speed, but not the direction. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Alan

I your case this is like to be the motor reduction units or the spindles that they are attached to.

Depending on your specific Climate System (mono or dual zone) there are sets of motors for the air mixing and sets of motors for the distribution of the air flow. It can be either a case where the motor has failed or the plastic gears can wear on the motor or on one or more ends of the spindle so that the spindle no longer operates the flaps.

Marc, I have been looking on Youtube for more info, how to access etc, and have come across a video that I think is what you are saying. The repair kit, part number 1607044080 ( I did find it on Google too, as a repair kit ), is this what you meant ??? Thanks for your time.
