Multiplexed additive adding pump can network fault

Hello, im looking a little help I getting this fault along with code p1345 I have had the dpf tank out and check see if there was fluid in the thank its over half full I also check the pump with a 12v battery and it looks to be working fine I have also check the wiring loom from the plug upto the fuel tank and can't see a problem with it any ideas what else i could look for ?

Not sure of the exact set up on the 3008 but i have replaced quite a few additive tanks on Experts & Berlingos for the pump fault. Does the tank have a 3 pin plug?
