1.6 THP High Pressure Fuel Pump Feed pipe

Post by utdminiman »

Hi everyone,

Bit of a cock up on my part today. Replaced the high pressure fuel pump in my 2011 1.6 DS3 THP since I was getting some incredibly low pressures.

Any way all was going well until I accidentally snapped the clasp for the fuel feed into the high pressure pump i.e the other fuel line not the high pressure line.

Was hoping I could bodge it with a jubilee clip or some zip ties but no luck as soon as the key is in the ignition and the fuel line primes it comes off and fuel goes everywhere.

I've searched high and low for a replacement clip, connector and hose (even on the Citroen service box) and cannot for the life of me find a part number or replacement anywhere online.

I've attached the best diagram I could find on the service box but it only shows the high pressure line (7).

Has anyone had any luck replacing theres or got any ideas before I give my nearest Citroen dealer and mechanic a ring?

Thanks for your help!

I have replaced that hose on our 308 156 THP, it comes as a pair with the vapour recovery hose, it is on a different page, but there are variants with different fittings at each end, so I can't give you a part number for yours.

Its VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff] I think. Was the first one I found on the door pillar.

I feel like I've seen it before looking for other things but for the life of me couldn't find it under air and fuel on the service box so likely in a different place like you said
