Part name/number needed ??

Post by Joff81 »

Hi
I wonder if anyone can help me ?
I’m wanting to know the name of the part and part number (circled in the photo) that’s in the boot lid that the rear wiper water tube passes through ??
The one we have has snapped the connection and is leaking water all over the back bumper when using the rear window wiper.

Thanks for your help

It would seem to be the grommet.

It’s not a grommet it looks like a trim piece but the actual rear wiper fluid pipe connects to it on both sides for the water to clean the rear windscreen.
I can’t seem to find the part anywhere.

Here is an actual photo of the part but the pipe connector on the other side has broke off.

It's not coming up as a valid part, so your best bet is a scrappy.

I make it part number 8529V8 £17.11 + VAT. Still showing as available.
I would imagine you could easily bypass it with a hose joiner or piece of brake pipe?

That part might be called "Puller Grill".

Yes, Citroen call it an Air Puller Grille.
