If it's a clean one that's a decent price I think. They're lovely things to drive and they look like nothing else before or since. The 20V Turbo one is properly rapid too, about 220bhp I think...and gave a lot of far more expensive contemporary motors a bit of a shock in that regard.

Yes you are right there Zel. I had one on loan fot a week and went down to Romney Marsh for a motoring weekend with CSMA. It was a great handling machine and I loved it. Today's one was the 20v Turbo and in pretty good condition from the pictures. A bargain in my opinion!! :)

Both my clocks came from auction listings for May.
Yours is the one you featured on Classics For under £10K. I like the Corsair. George Gently's sidekick had a blue one in the TV Detective Series.

In the commercial vehicle world has righthand drive, and lefthand drive just been consigned to history, together with poor visibility cabs.

Mercedes cracked the right hand drive / left hand drive issue many years ago with the Unimog - you just moved the whole steering wheel and console from left to right as you pleased :)

We've all seen the exterior of the Outspan Orange but what's it like inside

Coincidentally, the first half of Edd China's latest Workshop Diary Youtube video is all about the inner working of his own Outspan Orange :) The second half is about the machining of the bits to join the exisitng gearbox of his electric ice cream van conversion to a new electric motor.

MG showed Cyberster at the Shanghai motor show, and have confirmed it is to become a production vehicle.

From a Rover 2200SC Automatic P-reg at Brightwells

I would rate it as disappointing could have done better, on a car whose exterior styling I very much like.

Speaking of Fiat though, the Coupe is one of my favourites because of the big slab of body colour on the dash. Works especially well if it's a black interior and a bright exterior colour (yellow being my preference...).
A car I'd really like actually...
Blue one at Anglia Car Auctions this weekend no reserve...have to edit in what it went for

That Rover interior is a bit dull I have to agree Neil, not helped by the fact that it is showing its age and the colour scheme is very 70s. As you say a shame for a car adorned with the SC badge!! :-D
