Hi Marc, not sure my stupid bindoze computer can cope. I "did" have office, but when bindoze clowned up my computer a while back, they managed to disrupt absolutely everything to the extent the whole thing had to be formatted and I lost a "LOT" of info, software and apps I had paid for...

Suffice to say, Wordpad wasn't keen on your file.

Ok, so it won't open in Wordpad - it's a PDF file. So you need a PDF reader like Adobe Acrobat or something like this:

It is free and easy to install - then you can read any PDFs.

The official tow bar kits come with detailed illustrated fitting instructions - I don't know what you have purchased of course, but if you think it will be of use I can email it to you - as at least it shows the mounting of the towbar which may help you.
