Part numbers request 2010 1.6hdi 16v

Post by moizeau »

Could someone supply me the OEM numbers for the clutch kit for my Dispatch please along with driveshaft and gearbox oil seals?
Apparently there is also a sleeve that that release bearing slides on and this wears?

If anyone has a 'how to' that would be great also, the BOL's is awful on this.

Cheers
Pete

Some where between these 2 you should be able to work out what is required.

I rather suspect that hefting the box in and out as not as easy as he makes it look!!!

CLUTCH KIT

An entirely sensible [NOT] £375 from Citroen. At least it looks like a solid flywheel!!

The release bearing guide sleeve / seal is item 5 above, very cheap, not worth not replacing.

Driveshaft seals 9 and 10 in here

So if I order the clutch kit, guide and seal, and a driveshaft seal for both sides I should have a bases covered or am I missing something?

Sorry, one more question. Both the kits for Valeo and LUK here show all the correct numbers but different diameters and different gearboxes? Was just about to hit the buy button, currently paused...

Cheers Wheeler, knew I'd miss something soft.

Just checked the BOL's and it reckons I have the BE4/5 box so looks like the Valeo assy.
Anyone know the size of the washer and is any SAE 75w-80w good to go and there is 1.7 litres? Is this measured or level plugged?
Cheers

Could someone confirm this part number please?
3272NK it's a CV joint.
I tried to dismantle the front today after borrowing a friends pit and the LHS driveshaft nut was a tight as...It eventually undid whilst stripping it's thread to the point where it won't finish coming off and won't screw back in either. I couldn't leave it over my mates pit for the unforeseen so have bought it back home. It's awaiting the grinder now. At least I found out that I can move up through the gears without a clutch to save wrecking the bearing more than necessary.

Gear oil of 75W-80 is fine, but needs to be GL-4 spec (not 5 or 4/5).
2L will be sufficient.

If this is for the Dispatch (Rich's old one) then it is a Driveshaft, but not the right part listed....

3272XL - New OEM Left
3272XN - Exchange Left

3273YF - New OEM Right
3273YG - Exchange Right
