Re: C5 X7 - Removing Dash After Airbag Triggering
It looks like a drain tube for maybe the fuel filter to allow water to be drained from it ?

Re: C5 X7 - Removing Dash After Airbag Triggering
It's more likely to be the Air Conditioning drain pipe. It is normal to be left loose so the water can drain out. That's why you can sometimes see a pool of water under the car on a hot day when the AC has been on.

Re: C5 X7 - Removing Dash After Airbag Triggering
I have merged your post with the existing topic, so as not to duplicate answers.
I think I already mentioned that you must replace the Airbag control module after any triggering of the safety systems. It is located in the central console.
It is shown as item (6) in the third picture of my post here:

Obviously you must have the battery disconnected and wait for 5 minutes or so before removing.
There is no coding needed for the new one, as long as there are no issues once everything is connected back up. Remember you will need new seatbelt pre-tensioner units too most likely.

yes I understand ... can you tell me has a collision sensor and where is it or if this model works only with the module?
